• The leather furniture is made of benzene dyed leather. The lines and natural scars are natural phenomena. It is normal to have some traces on the surface of the batik leather.

• Solid wood products have a little color difference due to different textures. This is a normal natural phenomenon, and the color changes due to weather conditions and human use. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use.

• Man-made damage, dirt, scratches and self-disassembly are not covered by the warranty.

• If the leather is accidentally moldy, please use a dry cloth or a brush to wipe off the mold, and then use a special maintenance lotion to wipe and maintain.

Daily use should avoid direct sunlight, or in a humid environment to prevent cracking and deformation of solid wood. For daily use, solid wood furniture can be wiped with a dry or damp cloth. In case of stains or oil stains, it can be cleaned with a small amount of mild detergent, and the excess water can be completely dried. No special maintenance is required for daily use. Do not use alcohol or chemical ingredients. Cleaning supplies to avoid damaging the paint finish. During the warranty period, non-artificial structural problems such as wood breakage and wood structure release under normal use are within the scope of the warranty, excluding paint wear, collision, and contamination on the surface of the solid wood.

Due to the natural scars and wrinkles, the area of the material is limited, so it is normal that there will be cow scars and natural texture of cowhide on the leather surface. Different from the commercially available semi-benzene dyed skin and paint skin, the surface is processed, and the defective skin can be subjected to grinding and coating treatment, with few surface defects and a high material extraction rate. Also because all-benzene dyed leather is the closest to natural material, you must pay attention to humidity to avoid damp and mildew.
